Welcome to the Neighborhood

Welcome to the San Ignacio Ridge Estates Community!

Congratulations!  As a property owner, you now hold membership in the SIRE Homeowners Association (HOA).

Membership qualification is outlined in the recorded Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&Rs), which is the primary governing document of our community.  The CC&Rs also define the standards by which common areas are maintained, policies are enforced, and architectural control is regulated.  We very much encourage you to review this document, as well as the other governing documents to best acquaint yourself with the beneficial regulations of the community.  Please consider registering here on the SIRE website, where you will find all community documents, listings of Board and Committee members, and much more to keep you in the know as to what is happening in our HOA.

Assessments
Assessments are collected annually on January 1st.  You will receive a statement for assessments in December with the due date indicated.  Please make sure your assessment check is payable to the San Ignacio Ridge Estates HOA.  Your payment can also be made online here on the website.
